OMBOK VILLAMOR (b. 1979) is a painter, sculptor, and philanthropist.
Villamor’s creations are inspired by his deep appreciation for and dedication to the preservation of the marine biosphere. His art is a whimsical integration of stylized-figurative and non-representational forms. His works signify balance, beauty, flow, symmetry, grace, sanctuary, and calibration—all representations of a flourishing ecosystem and aligned with Villamor’s mantra of immersing in and giving back to the communities he serves. The Omvi Art Gallery, where he serves as managing director, exemplifies this, focusing on artists from the regions. Having spent some of his younger years as a fisherman, Villamor considers his gallery a haven for artists, particularly those in need.
