Return and Refund Policy

The Historia Art return and refund policy outlines the conditions under which customers may request returns, exchanges, or refunds. We designed this policy to protect both our customers and our business while maintaining transparency and fairness.

Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The customer submits the return request within seven (7) days of purchase

  • The customer provides a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice

We do not accept returns for consumable items, customized products, or clearance items. After seven (7) days from the purchase date, we no longer offer returns or exchanges.

Return Process

To start a return request, customers must:

  1. Contact our customer support team at jvehistoria@gmail.com or 09671000468 / 09621037378 and provide order details

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team

  3. Send the item to our return address:
    Greenhills Mall, 3rd Floor (GH Mall), San Juan City

Once we receive the item, our team inspects it and informs the customer of the approval or rejection. Customers cover return shipping costs unless Historia Art shipped the wrong item or delivered a defective product.

Refund Policy

Historia Art processes refunds under the following conditions:

  • Approved Returns: We issue refunds to the original payment method within 30 days after approval

  • Partial Refunds: We may issue partial refunds for items returned in incomplete or altered condition

  • Non-Refundable Items: Items listed as non-eligible for return do not qualify for refunds

Exchanges

We replace items only when defects or damage occur. Customers who need an exchange for the same item must contact us at jvehistoria@gmail.com within the return period.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a customer has not received a refund, they should:

  • Review their bank account

  • Contact their credit card provider to confirm processing status

  • Reach out to their bank for additional details

If the refund still does not appear after completing these steps, customers should contact us directly at jvehistoria@gmail.com.
