Lozano hails from both Ilocandia and the Cordillera. Moreover, he actively advocates for environmental preservation. He uses his art to inspire audiences to protect the Earth’s pristine beauty. Over more than two decades, he has gained recognition from prestigious award-giving bodies and has frequently participated in national and international exhibitions. Additionally, he has established a creative hub to mentor fellow artists and other creatives.
