Salvador J. Ching is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas, where he earned a degree in Fine Arts, major in Painting. Throughout his career, he has represented the Philippines in various international symposiums, workshops, and exhibitions. As a result, he has established a strong presence both locally and globally. Moreover, he has held 16 solo exhibitions. In addition, he has received numerous awards and citations in major art competitions across the country. Because of this, he is recognized as a respected figure in the Philippine art scene. Awards and Recognition Ching has earned several prestigious awards throughout his career. Notably, his selected citations include: 2024 – Kislap ng Sining ng Bulacan Award, Bulacan Provincial Capitol 2023 – Distinguished Thomasian Alumni Award, UST Campus, Manila 2023 – Outstanding UST Atelier Alumni, UST Alumni Center, España, Manila 2015 – Dangal ng Lipi Award for Visual Arts, Bulacan Provincial Capitol 2014 – Metrobank Foundation Award for Continuing Excellence Service 2012 – “Bayani at Bituin ng Malolos” Award for Visual Arts, Malolos City 2011 – Gawad Pagkilala sa Sining at Kultura sa Sining Biswal, Bulacan 1998 – Gintong Kabataan Award for the Arts, Malolos, Bulacan 1998 – C.O.Y.A Award (Community Outstanding Young Achiever), Malolos Jaycees Furthermore, these recognitions highlight his long-standing contribution to the arts. Leadership and Affiliations In addition to his artistic achievements, Ching actively contributes to the art community. For instance, he is a co-founder of Bahaghari ng Malolos. He has also held leadership roles, including: Former Vice President, Art Association of the Philippines Former Vice President, Lakan Sining ng Bulacan President, The Saturday Group of Artists (2024–2026) Moreover, he is a member of the Association of Pinoy Printmakers. At the same time, he serves as an Executive Committee Member of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) – Committee on Visual Arts (2023–2025). Artistic Practice Today, Ching works as a full-time, multi-awarded painter, installation artist, and performance artist. Through his diverse practice, he continues to explore new forms of artistic expression. Ultimately, his work reflects both his experience and his commitment to the advancement of Philippine art.

Pancho Piano Completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics at the University of Nueva Caceres (1978) and pursued a degree in Fine Arts at the University of the Philippines Diliman as a Jose Joya Scholar (1984-1987). The initial Filipino artist to showcase Leather Art in the Philippines, Pancho has created multiple murals and stained glass designs for civic and religious clients in several cities and towns across the Bicol region, including Naga City, Daraga, Guinobatan, Camalig, Polangui, Ligao, Pio Duran, Sto. Domingo, Legaspi City, Tabaco City, and Boracay; in Pampanga, Quezon City, Mandaluyong City, Pasig City, Caloocan City, and the Mindanao area; along with Japan, Saipan, and Palau. Pancho’s artwork and stained glass creations emphasize Bicolano myths and traditions, particularly the Bicolano reverence for the Lady Peñafrancia. He has held over thirty solo exhibitions and taken part in more than 50 group exhibitions across the Philippines, Japan, Saipan, the USA, France, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Italy, and Switzerland

Augusto Claro Santiago Jr artist was born in Malabon City and grew up in a family of designers, painters, fishermen, and a beautician mother. This diverse creative and working background played an important role in shaping his early interest in portraiture. From a young age, he developed a strong appreciation for human expression and character. He is well versed in many artistic mediums. However, he excels particularly in acrylic, oil, and pastel. Over the years, he refined his skills through constant practice and exposure to different artistic environments. His works often reflect sensitivity to form, emotion, and identity, which define his modern figurative approach. In addition to his studio practice, August Santiago has been deeply involved in art education and community outreach. Through the guidance of his mother, he became active in charity work as an art instructor. Since 1984, he has helped organize and manage summer art projects in different parts of the Philippines. These programs provided young creatives with access to art education and mentorship. Many of the students he mentored later became respected and distinguished practitioners of the arts. Today, several of them serve as art instructors for new generations of learners. This cycle of mentorship reflects his long-term commitment to artistic growth and education. Beyond teaching, Augusto Claro Santiago Jr artist continues to mentor selected artists and manage creative talents. He remains active in promoting Philippine art locally and internationally. As a modern figurative artist, he envisions the continued growth and recognition of Filipino art on the global stage. With the support of international partners, he actively promotes contemporary masterpieces and cultural exchange. He is currently involved with Artists for Peace at the World Trade Center Manila, where he continues to advocate for art as a tool for unity, expression, and cultural dialogue.
